Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Cyprus)

We offer standard and express shipping within Cyprus. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

International & Worldwide Shipping

We ship to customers worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination:

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Pet-orra is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.
